We collect and receive many Brother PR embroidery machines for repair and service. Some have done very hard work and are a little singed around the edges, shall we say. No problem for us, we take them all.
One thing I do see every now and then, though - is a PR being used without spool pins. The thread reel may well stand up, but will it stay in place???
Using your machine without a spool pin is a bit like ordering fish and chips without peas which - as I'm sure you're aware, is very much against the law.

Madeira Embroidery Thread.
I wouldn't wish to cause general alarm, but. I read a piece in my newspaper a day or so ago about Sprouts, and how they are now considered to be in short supply. As you know, a Christmas Dinner is nothing without a small shoal of the aforementioned occupying a corner of your dinner plate. Once they have been nicely boiled reach for the colander to drain your sprouts. Then return them to the saucepan and add butter and salt. A light spin will ensure each sprout is evenly coated. De-lic-ious. Other recipes are available.
One thing in no danger of short supply is our Madeira Embroidery Thread. It's perfect for machine embroidery - single and multi.

A sewing cabinet for Christmas.
Christmas is just around the corner. And what would 'you' like for Christmas? Well, if you have a big house, or you've finally managed to persuade/pay/wrestle your children to leave, you might have a sewing room. If so, what better way to fill it than with the Horn Eclipse XL sewing cabinet. Perhaps a few subtle hints to the other half, is in order. Just, you know, to introduce the idea. Horn HiLo Cutting Out Table. Meal times can be awkward if the dinner table doubles up as your cutting out table. Especially if you cover it with fabrics and patterns and all of that.
