Always turn your Bernina Buttonhole Dial Clockwise.
From time to time a Bernina will come in, either from a private customer or from a school, and the buttonhole mechanism won’t work. It’s usually because someone has turned the buttonhole dial backwards – anti-clockwise.
I know old hands already know this but always, always remember to turn your buttonhole dials clockwise.
