Brother PR670e Needle Threader

Steve and I paid a visit to one of our regular customers in Scarborough. We dropped off one Brother PR600 we had serviced, and collected another three for more of the same. While I was chatting away with the couple, Stevie set about changing a Brother PR670e needle threader on one of the machines. This particular customer has around a dozen machines, or so. Two coffees were also provided, which is always nice.

The same needle threader will fit every model of Brother PR embroidery machine. And they are one of the parts we fit and supply most often. Obviously the needle threader has to be very fine indeed to pass through the eye of a needle. And should the needle be bent even by a whisker, this will damage the needle threader. So we always keep good stocks for our workshop repair and service work.

The needle threader was soon fitted and the coffees both drunk. So we said our goodbyes and headed off. We stopped on the way for a break and to eat our Spam butties and more coffee from the flask. The A roads were quiet, and I noticed hay bales stacked a dozen or more high in the many farms we passed. Autumn moves on and winter waits just around the corner.
