Today, Steve and I made our way to a small village in Doncaster. We had a Brother PR670e service collection booked. The lady had bought her embroidery machine from elsewhere. However, like so many others, she’d put her faith in the Bamber Boys to service her precious machine. She mentioned some usual errors that had developed along the way. Problems with tensions and not cutting correctly to name a few. We mentioned her machine might require the modified needle plate assembly.
The lady was sad to see her pride and joy be carried away, as we placed her machine carefully in the van. I told her we’d be in touch with the estimate and return her PR670e next week. Although this Brother PR670e service collection was only a relatively short distance away. All the machines we collect for service, from all over the country, have only a one week turnaround. And for our customers, those who bought their machine from us, we even provide a free loan PR model. The lady smiled and relaxed and we said our goodbyes.
