Madeira Embroidery Thread for Brother PR Machines
One of the questions we always ask our Brother PR repair/service customers is, which embroidery thread do you use. A simple question but it often tells quite a story. There are so many cheap, unbranded or misleadingly branded embroidery threads on the market.
Everyone likes a bargain, but the cheaper threads are often inconsistent and brittle. They usually cause poor tension, poorer-quality embroidery, and multiple snaps.
Happily, our lady told us that Madeira embroidery thread was her favourite because it gave her consistently good-quality results. We could only agree.
Workshop Repairs and Service
All our service and repair work is carried out in our well-stocked workshop, back at our store in Manchester. We don’t try and service Brother PR’s in situ – you can only do half a job at best. So, when we take a service/repair booking, we take the Brother PR away for one week, carry out the service and repair in our workshop, then return the machine the following Wednesday.
Neat, efficient and a proper job done.
