Here’s a picture of Steve in the workshop. He’s got a Brother PR1055X service job. The customer had bought the machine elsewhere, but chose us for the maintenance work. So Steve is just going through the ‘strip-down’ before delving deeper into the mechanisms of this PR1055X. A phone call began the story. We booked the job into our schedule and in this case the chap motored up the M6 to leave his PR with us. We do offer a collection and return service, which is what most people choose. But we don’t mind if you want to do the driving.
In general, we’re talking about a one week turnaround time. And of course we work on all the Brother PR models – both six and ten needle. Once your Brother PR is stripped down, we check all the various settings using a comprehensive check list. It’s similar to the list we’ve used on all our sewing machine repairs over the last seventy odd years.
