Steve has a number of Brother PR670e deliveries on his schedule over the next few days. We loaded up the van with six machines ready for his deliveries. First he is collecting three Brother PR655’s from a customer just outside Glasgow. Leaving the customer with two of our loan PR655’s to minimise the ‘down-time’. This is a service we offer to all our Brother PR customers whether they bought a new machine, leased one or bought one of our ex lease models.
Pushing further north for his next call to return a Brother PR670e we have serviced to another customer.
Brother PR Service & Repair
Bambers are always busy servicing and repairing Brother PR models originally supplied by us. The service and repair of PR models bought elsewhere is also increasing. We offer an excellent service and can usually turn a PR round in 5-7 days depending on the volume of work in the workshop. Bamber brothers, Alan and Steve, travel the length and breadth of mainland UK to provide our many Brother PR customers with excellent service. Our Brother PR670e deliveries take us to many new and interesting embroidery customers. And finally…
Steve will find a friendly port to spend the night and then continue tomorrow. He has calls in the North East area including Gateshead and Newcastle where he will collect loan PR655’s and deliver a Brother PR670e to a new customer. Steve will spend a few hours taking the new customer through the various procedures and demonstrating techniques. we always make sure the New Brother PR670e customer is happy before we leave. The machine is then guaranteed for the following twelve months and our guarantee cover parts, labour and transport. Don’t forget, we also provide a free loan Brother PR655 should we ever collect the machine for service or repair.
