Arriving early on a Saturday morning I open doors and count down the float. A Brother PR1000e Service & Repair job sits naked on the bench. One that Stevie has stripped of its covers ready to go through all our service checks and resets. There’s a long list we go through and it’s always a thorough job. We are, to coin a phrase, practised in the art.
Being as popular as we are in all things – but especially so in the service and repair of the Brother PR series – we have a schedule. So when anyone phones with a service or repair we book them into our schedule. In most cases we arrange to collect and return their PR from addresses across mainland UK.
Steve and I travel out every Wednesday to Edinburgh or Glasgow, Cardiff or Conway, and all over Essex and Kent and Norfolk etc. etc. etc. The only places we avoid are London (within the M25) and Cornwall.
Some people ask if it matters if they bought their Brother PR model from another dealer. It doesn’t. The only difference it makes is we provide a free loan PR to our customers. This helps them minimise their down time while their PR is being repaired or serviced. So – call us if your Brother PR requires a service or repair.
