Our Workshop
We have a busy workshop and our turnaround time is usually 10 -14 days. During this period of Covid-19, our turnaround time has increased to 5 weeks. Your machine will be booked in and we will note down the faults or any service work requirements. Each machine is given a number and all machines are worked on in strict number order. Unfortunately we can’t ‘book you machine in’ ahead of time. Once one of our mechanics has assessed your machine, we always phone you with a free estimate. If we feel any machine is not worth the cost of repair, we will tell you. You can rely on good old fashioned service and honest advice.
