Janome 230DC Sewing Machine Troubleshooting Check List
Good quality needle – Schmetz and thread – Gutermann
Thread machine with presser foot in raised position.
Double check that you have threaded the take-up lever properly.
Place top & bottom threads under the presser foot and on top of the fabric before you begin to sew
Make sure feed dogs are raised.
Always turn the balance wheel towards you one revolution after raising the feed dogs.
